Background information on John M. Stoker

Mr. Stoker has more than 25 years experience in the metals industry with most of it spent in the forming, fabricating and making of steel, including hot and cold rolled coil. He has extensive experience in accounting and finance, as well as a thorough knowledge of the steel industry and manufacturing operations.

Most recently, Mr. Stoker was Chief Financial Officer of DSC Ltd. and McLouth Steel Products Corporation, an integrated steel manufacturer which sold steel to the automotive sector, the pipe and tube industry and steel service centers. McLouth sold annually approximately 1 million tons of coil including 400,000 tons of cold rolled. He successfully completed the sale of the assets to DSC Ltd. Previously, he was Vice President and CFO for SYRO Steel, a fabricator of highway safety barriers and heavy roll formings, where he successfully completed a stock merger with Trinity Industries. John was also Chief Financial Officer for EFCO Corporation, an architectural engineering company that extrudes and fabricates aluminum. Prior to that, he held numerous financial management positions with US Steel.

Mr. Stoker is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting. He also has a Masters in Business Administration from Central Missouri State University.
